DVD's workout videos,, please suggestions

Helping a friend on buying some dvd videos (training videos , workout etc etc ) no possing videos or pro videos(i meant can be pro's videos but showing how to workout) , something that teach how to workout , any suggestion ???

go to bo d yb uildi ng .com and go to the fit show those are free and hosted by bob chicerllo and charles glass sometimes. they have alot of guests that are pros doing workouts and showing the correct techniques
