my old split was:
shoulder/trap:day 1
back/bi:day 2
off:day 3
chest/tri:day 4
legs:day 5
off:day 6
back to day 1

but on shoulder/trap day and leg day i have pretty short workouts would it be wise to combine the 2 on day 1 and have
day1:legs/shoulder/trap
day2 bak/bi
day3: off
day4chest/tri
day5ff
day6: bak to leg/shoulder/trap
