My favorite rear delt exercise isn't a rear delt exercise directly.

It's Bent over barbell rows... torso parallel to floor.

    Works rear delts secondarily.

Personally i think there's nothing better

i do bent over rows with db... sit on a bench with your feet as far away from you as you can on the floor, bend over, and row the db between your legs..

definitely my favorite rear delt exercise, i feel it more directly in my rear delts than any other exercise. i like to pause for 1sec with dumbbells out on each rep, and when i cant do any more full reps i just use a little momentum to do fast paced half reps. i also rest my chest on my thighs so it doesnt put much strain on my lower back.

get on all fours at the cable station and work one delt at a time by sweeping arm out from under you and too the side. Great finisher.
