chest/tris monday
legs/bi's tuesday
off wednesday
shoulders thursday
back/bi's friday
off saturday
off sunday
I don't want to post my sets/reps...takes too long hahaha
take a look around..there are plenty of logs in this forum
4 days on 1 day off. chest/abs back/bi shoulder/tri legs/abs
i go 3 days on 1 day off.
chest/shoulders
back/triceps
legs/biceps
(abs/lower back before each workout)
