    hey guys

    there's so many work outs these days and i was just seeing whats everyone's program is:

    days you train, body parts , sets and reps and exercises

    chest/tris monday
    legs/bi's tuesday
    off wednesday
    shoulders thursday
    back/bi's friday
    off saturday
    off sunday

    I don't want to post my sets/reps...takes too long hahaha

    4 days on 1 day off. chest/abs back/bi shoulder/tri legs/abs

    i go 3 days on 1 day off.
    chest/shoulders
    back/triceps
    legs/biceps
    (abs/lower back before each workout)
