I wasnt sure were to post this, so im just going to post it here and run with it. Whats a good amount of sleep to get in a day? 8hours or should you try to get naps in there to, obviously its going to depend on your schedual, and should you try to avoid sleeping for over a certain amount of time? I mean if you sleep 10 hour strait, theres obviously the problem of not getting any food for those 10 hours. Anybody that can give me there .02 ill take it.
