I am getting ready to start training for the Arnold pump and run at the arnold expo in march 07. you first bench your body wt for as many reps as possible or in my case I am 45 so I will only do 90% of my body wt. then run a 5k. you get 30 sec taken off your run time for every rep you complete up to 30 reps. my question is how would I go about training to do this to get the maximun result. I am now about 240 but plan to be about 220 for the contest. thx alot
