    My split, please CRitique!

    Ok i just started this and wondering if this is ok
    Monday- Legs, Lots of sprinting

    Tuesday Chest and Tris
    Bench 4 x 6-8
    Incline Smith 3x6-8
    Cable cross 2 x 6-8

    Tricep Pushdown 3x 6-8
    Dips 2x bodyweight

    Wednesday Back and Bis
    Deadlifts 4 x 6-8
    Standing alt db curl 3x 6-8
    Cable curl 3 x6-8

    Thursday Shoulders, traps and abs
    DB Shoulder press 3x6-8
    Front Lateral raise 3x6-8
    Shrugs 3x6-8
    Cable crunches 3x 6-8

    Friday Legs
    Squats 4 x6-8
    Stiff leg deadlifts 4 x 6-8
    Standing calf raises 3 x 6-8

    for shoulders i would include side laterals, bent laterals and i would also move traps (shrugs) to your back workout.

    the only huge problem with your routine is your back workout, back is a big muscle group and you need to hit it with a few exercises to ensure all the muscles are getting torn down. try adding pullups and bent barbell rows to your workout, also i like to finish my back workout with a light exercise and high reps to really pump a lot of blood in the muscle.

    legs are the largest muscle in your body i would trow in a front squat along with some knee extensions, at the end of all my leg workouts i hit 4 sets of wall sits for 11/2 minutes each just to tear them up
