    overtraining??

alright here we go haha.. which one do you guys recomend better to gain solid lean muscle mass

( all excersises listed are for 3 sets (unless noted) usually going 12 reps, 8 reps- then 6/fail)

workout 1 or 2 would be better?? ( for not overtraining and just to gain lean muscle)

    OK WORK OUT NUMBER 1
chest/ tris - 3 excerises for chest. 2 for tris
    - usualy two presses and a stretch movement for chest..
    - and just two random tri work out..
    back/bis
    3-4 excersises for back
1-2 for biceps ( usually with a super set or drop set thrown into one of the two excer.

    shoulers/ traps
same thing 3-4 random workouts- mostly two heavy presses and two stretch movements..
then 1 set of shrugs for traps

    legs
4 workouts squats and three other randoms...

    WORK OUT NUMBER 2

(basically all the same workouts as number 1 jsut different order)

    chest alone..
    back alone
    tri/bi's together
    shoulders
    and legs

    suggestions pleeeease

    thanks guys!!

You will hear different things from different people but in my opinion if you are looking to gain mass go 3 or 4 sets of 6-8 reps, and focus on moving as much weight as possible. Whether or not you train multiple muscle groups on the same day depends on how well your body responds to the workouts, I dont think it will have as big an affect on your results as how much effort and energy you put into each workout. Also, the cardio is great but too much will slow down your muscle growth, save it for when you are trying to cut. You have to accept that in order to gain muscle there is going to be some fat that comes along with it. I don't do any cardio at all when I'm trying to gain weight, which is pretty much always
