Question ONE Muscle group a day during bulking cycle

Hey guys just wanted to ask to you guys think that working out one muscle group a day is good during a bulking cycle?
    Mon-Chest
    Tues-Back
    Wens-Shoulders
    Thurs-Legs
    Fri-Arms

I know that while on a cycle you recover faster but when i start working out two muscle groups a day i feel that am not really working out my muscle groups to the max i get no pump when working two a day.

Well depending on what you are taking, i bet you will get a pump after the first set especially with a selct few orals, but with this being said does it mean you are going to devote a 45-50 min workout to one body part, especially those of smaller musculature, in MOST cases less is more bro, if you are going to do it this way then I would say, a good warm up, intense 30 minutes and get out.

you do this on an off cycle?

you saying that you do one muscle group at a time in your of cycle because you are able to recover faster due to the fact that your only working out one muscle a day.

so does that mean when your on you work out two muscle groups a day.

    Am doing a bulking cycle:

    600mg Cypionate a week
    400mg Deca a week
    25mg ed dbol

you dont suggest that i do one muscle group a day?

this is such a debatable topic right now, new research is showing that single set workout's are found no less productive for hypertrophy than multi sets, depending on the overload.

But like I said, if you are going to do it this way: 30 minutes and out
Two body parts: 50 minutes and out
multiple body parts: 50 minutes and out

So with this cycle your recovery will be great if you have proper diet, so really one or the other would not be much different if you use the proper time frames. Let's see what others think?

Personally, I love doing one muscle group a day. I have a similar split, and I think its great for bulking. Just my personal experience though. Everyone is different. You need so see if it is too much for you. I tried the two muscle group a day thing, and I personally didn't feel like I was hitting each muscle enough.

i also love focusing on one main muscle a day and maybe something small like abs or calves. i like this schedule whether im on cycle or off, when you're only focusing on one muscle you can really destroy it without having to save energy for another muscle.

Adding muscle will depend more on volume, intensity, exercise selection and diet. You've listed days and what bodypart you will work that day, which provides us nothing more than a split. . .

exactly, it all depends on how you train your muscles and how you feed your muscles. i can just use a lot more intensity if i focus on one major muscle group a day.
