I'm confused, you want to bulk your legs and cut or bulk the upperbody? It says differnet than the title of the thread. Anyhow, it would be difficult to bulk legs, and cut upper. It's all about your bf %, you can't lower it one area and raise it anohter. Some people tend to hold on to excess bodyfat in some areas, but thats genetics so you can't really control that. I would say pick a goal such as bulking or cutting, and stick with that, you can still gain size while cutting. If your happy with your results, keep on truckin.
well yes i want to gain some size on my upper body and legs , but i dont want gain alot of fat, but thanks for the helpful answer
What leg work out do you do currently for your legs?
If you wanna put on a size without a lot of fat it's all about strict diet. It's hard, but not impossible.Originally Posted by beatz85
I do not understand how you will gain FAT by working legs^^^. Yes its diet, but you only get fat if you sit on ass. You will gain muscle....
The upper body can stay cut....its the routine and diet that you use.
I start with squats i do 4 sets (20,15,10,6) pryamid up
moves to leg press (3 sets)
then romanian deadlift(4sets)
hamstring curl(3sets) 1 drop set
leg extension(3 sets) 1 drop set
calf extensions(2sets)
seated calf raise(2 sets)
Too many exercises for hammies, you don't need to squat and leg press in the same day...Up the sets on the heavy movements, keep em heavy, same goes for hammies, and one calf exercise with high volume should be sufficient as well...Originally Posted by beatz85

says me!!! lol....I just don't think its necessary...I think if you squat properly, you can hit ur quads blenty hard enough, and do some leg extensions to finish em off...I suppose you could leg press to finish as well, but you couldn't go heavy on both, not IMO, and not if you are squating properly...
