    Belly fat

Ive been working out and my body is doing as i want. gaining muscle, losing the layers of fat in areas all except two areas.

My mid section; has love handles when i wear tight pants, its a small bit but is annoying and unattractive, same with on the front is a small area of pudge. Ive been doing all kinds of ab excercise and It wont go away what are some good ways to get rid of the mini spare tire kinda thing i have going on?

My chest; what are some good excersises to get a 'lift' so to say. i do the chest excercises with the nautilus machines already, are there other things i can do or should be doing?

I go to the gym mon, wed, fri, sat, and sometimes sundays. I start with 30min of stationary bike. 60-65RPM on lvl 2. I try to get my heart rate to 125-130 (im age 23). Then i work out with weights on the nautilus, 5x5 lifting method. Then i do a light jog/brisk walk (depends on how i feel) on the tradmill for 45 min.

The epyptical machines are usualy all taken. Should i increase bike, treadmill, or should i try to go at a diff time and start working with the elyptical machines?

Someone had told me once.... you're ain't gonna have skinny cheeks by chewing gum...
He was telling me that because I was trying to lose fat on my abs by overtraining that area.

you need to do alot of cardio.. I do 1 hour every two days...

Though I've heard that Omeg-3 is a fat that takes off the "Trans" fat. I suggest to take some fish-oil or eat white eggs (of course the ones that have omeg3) before cardio.... people would say go with an empty stomach... but I've noticed better results with Omeg3 in my system before doing cardio.

By the way.... 30 minutes is the time when you actually start burning fat, lower than that, you burn your carbs... I suggest in your case that you go one day lifting, one day cardio... or doing your cardio at the end because you have alot less energy by lifting after your cardio. I've done that and I was feeling dazed after I set... I changed the way, and could feel a big difference on my lifting weight.

    For your chest

no such thing as spot reduction, you drop overall body fat, u cant do sit ups or crunches to lose more fat in your stomach region,it doesnt work like that, you need to do more cardio and realy watch everything you eat, diet is crucial

Thank you, so increasing my bike time from 30 min - 60min, and tradmill time as well should work? And id love to lose fat all over, but if i had to choose one place it would be my tummy.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I hate how the mid section is the hardest to train, or atleast for me that is. Every other body part is easy with weights and cardio.
