real gyno is a hard fibrous strand or solid lump like tissue under the nipple area... VERY noticable pain is an indicator of the beginning... although ppl seem to talk about gyno like its the grim reaper.... MANY teens get slight gyno from puberty and it usually goes away on its own... if not surgery by a qualified (AND EXPERIENCED) plastic surgeon is an option....

What you are prolly talkin about is just excess fat storage on your outer/lower chest and nipple area.. this is even more common... You can try a cutting period (lots of cardio and proper reduced cal diet) to help with the situation.. some ppl use yohimburn to help... IMO, I would forget about the fat because its no big deal and just bulk bulk bulk and then do a cutting period to shed any fat that you want to get rid of....

Your 18, it's likely that puberty is done. You are now producing large amounts of natural test so maybe you should have your doc look at it to be 100% sure
