    at-home leg workout any1???

    Hey does anybody have a really good at-home leg workout ranging from 30-40 mins? I stoppped going to gym for a while, not deliberately, and i have lost most of my leg mass i worked so long to gain. thanks

    what equipment do you have acess to? weights ,dumbells etc

    2- 20 lb
    2 -25 lb
    2 - 35 lb dumbbells

    I think you need heavier weights depending on the weight, helight etc of you.

    U can do deadlifts and lunges and even squats at home - but those weights might not be enough.

    but very hard to put any type of mass on with those you need a squat rack

    Get a hold of anything big and heavy and then just squat. Hold a couch or a TV over your head or something else if need be and squat away. If you really want you can find anything to workout with. I used to do lateral raises and shoulder presses, curls with 2 50# bottles of propane gas.
