    Question Strength

    Hi gys just to see how i'm doing, I would just like to know what you guys are Bench pressing In KG and Sets. Also What you are lifting on Dumbell Curls In KG and Sets. Thanks

    Measure yourself against yourself, not others. If you can bench a 100lbs (45kg) over your body weight, then you're considered by many to be "strong."

    I bench 680 lbs and curl with 120s.

    alot, that is the answer. look to compare yourself to people your age, and weight, not against guys on a steroid board, it wont help your ego.

    lol like me. Im a little pansy that benchs 250lbs. If that helps at all...

    Im 5'10'' or so, weight about 180-185lbs.

    Take whatever number people give you on this board, divide by two, add 10 lbs then you have the real weight.
