At 245lbs i decided i needed to start working out. I came here for answers and to help me with making the most out of my workouts. After reading i have chosen to not use any kind of drug other then a multi vitamin.
In two weeks i have droped my weight down to 234lbs. I went from a zise 24pants to a size 18 (they are a bit snug). My cloths fit better and im feeling better about myself. Im afraid though that the sudden drop in weight with effect my look. My goal is to atleast get to 155ish before summer. When i drop down ni want to look hot and like i was never obease. Ive seen on T.V. and the net pics of people with gastric bypass. After the surgery they lose so much weight their skin is worn like a gross over coat.
My orgional goal was set for 5lbs a week untill it platued so to say then it would change to 3lbs a week. Im going to post my diet and work out. Can you please tell me what kind of weight i should be losing each week, and if my skin will tighten.
Breakfast: oj and 1 fat free yougart OR 1 bagle with light cream cheese
Lunch: Water
Dinner: Tuna, or lean chicken, or beef.
