    question on my training...

OK...so i have been working out for years and recently started on Test E & Dbol...and have a question...i work out in this split....
    Monday: chest/triceps/shoulders
    Tues: back & bi's
    wed: legs
and then do it again...with Sundays off...

my question is i can hardly do any shoulder excersises after working my chest..my shoulders have such a pump its hard to lift my arms over my head...and I often feel like my chest could use more work....

do you think i should do shoulders 1st...then triceps...then chest to fatigue the other muscles?

    k...

Do chest first. It is a larger muscle group and is hit with a compounding movement(for the most part)... I do almost the same split. I found the same thing because my tri's were giving out, so I put shoulders on leg day... but you will have to skip a day before hitting chest/tris again.

It cant be what you are doing now you said you were doing them in the same workout... I said pull shoulders into leg day.

Second, if your shoulders are doing most of the work look into technique cause you fukkin your workouts up.

i am not saying they are doing most of the work...they just feel more pumped than my chest does after...so i think it needs more

Why not try and split them up more ?

Just add another day , Ex.
    S - off
    M- chest tri
    T - off
    W - back/bi
    R - legs /abs
    F- shoulders
    S- off

No if after chest your shoulders are more pumped it is technique. You should look for proper lifting techniques in the training forum.
