whats up all..I have been working my rear delts on back day for the last couple of weeks...seems to fit well into the workout, but I am a little confused on how many sets to do after back.....I have been doing 4 sets of standing cable column reverse flys (taking off the attachments and just holding the bare cable), and about 3 sets reverse pec deck machine...is this enough? too much? thanks for any help!
