Why should we do weights before our cardio?
Doing cardio depletes your glycogen stores. You need glycogen to perform an intense workout. Give cardio a try before training and see how much you don't feel like lifting and how much your lifts go down..That's why we weight train before cardio, and why performing cardio after weight training is better if you're trying to lose fat. Lower glycogen levels means your body dips into fats stores sooner.
