Strength without size?
Ive noticed that i tend to increase my strength probably above the normal expectations compared to anyone working out the same duration, but also have come to noticed that i dont put on any considerable size in the process. Is there any reason/explanation for this?

my diet seems solid - 3300-4k cals, 230 ish protein and around 250 carbs(chicken/rice/tuna) nothing unhealthy - 5'10 165
