I am going to start using wrist wraps with some of my heavy lifts. This morning at the gym (it's always empty when I go) I decided to figure out how to work them during my resting time between sets. I'm pretty sure I have it correct, but I want to make sure so I can obtain better grip.
I put my wrist through the hole and wrap the strap around the bar starting underneath. Is this correct?
For deadlifts I use false grip, would both straps go underneath the bar regardless of hand positioning?
