    Rest Pause Training

Ok I didnt get any comments on my modified routine on rest pause training. So what are the opinions on this style of lifting? Its basically lifting intensly with just a 15 second break.

Well, I been incorporatin' rest-pause in my workout right now especially now that I'm usin' higher reps. Most of the time, I can't get 12 or 15 reps, I will usually rest-pause for about 10 seconds so that I can bang out maybe 5 more reps.

i think it can be very effective.

towards the end of my last routine i used a similar method called max stim.

i picked my 10 rep max for bench(around 260).then i did a single rep and then racked the bar(for 2 seconds)then another rep then racked the bar and continued till i couldnt manage any more reps and after every 4 reps or so id increase the time between reps.it was excellent something i will definitley use again.

    1-4 reps 2 second intervals
    5-8 reps 3 second intervals
    9-12 reps 4 second intervals.
