Barbell rows
Can someone tell me what would is the ideal technique for someone that is 6ft 5ins. what is the best angle for your upper body. I have tryed it it slightly higher than horizontal but then again I have seen bodybuilders nearly standing up straight doing them. Was just wondering if one is better than the other to hit the lats ?

I'm probably somewhere between just above horizontal and 45º.

Ideal is parallel to the floor, but thats super hard when u got heavy weight. I usually do at about 30ish degrees.
0-45 is ideal
u could even pull off 60 degrees from horizontal,,

Parallel from the floor, get down like in a "hiking" position and row, both over and under hand are good but they work different parts of the back. Strict form is key although 98% of ppl cheat during this movement which hinders results.
I burst up (controlled) and then lower it slowly to the start position then repeat.
