    shoulders after back

I train back th enext day after shoulders. I am always a little sore in my traps as i do them with shulders and my rear delts i notice fatigue as well. Will this lead to over training i just do standard pull methods for my back such as rows pulldowns etc ut am i not giving my muscles enough time to rest?

I read that if you're a little sore, you can actually train the same muscle two days in a row granted that you eat enough.

Sorry, but this is very, very poor advice.

Never train a muscle 2 days in a row!!!

Your workout is fine. You will not overtrain. It is normal to be sore the day after you work out. If you need to, move your rear delts to back day.
