workouts while on cycle
how should i change my workout routine while on a cycle? shall i continue my 12 sets a bodypart , each bodypart once a week, or should i increase volume? or do i just increase weight?

You change your workout's because your body has become accustomed to what you are doing and needs something new to shock it and get it growing again not because you are going to be doing steroid 's....
If what you are doing now is still productive then stick with it make changes when needed.....

Dude what i do is increase weight greatly, and I do about 12 to 20 sets per body part depending on what it i s .... heavy weight builds mass man
