from alot of the things i have read i would say a large majortiy of people give there shoulders a day of their own. some incorporate their shoulders into their workouts with other **y parts as well. my theory is simple and is this: if when a person trains chest and tris together would it also seem logical to add in front delts as well. when doing bench you are already warming up you front delts along with your triceps in the exercise for it. after finishing chest and tris in your experienced opinions would it make sense to do front lateral raise upright rows and maybe 1 or 2 other front delt exercises?
