    Question What do u guys think about this routine???

    Day 1 - Chest/Front Delts
    Day 2 - Quads/Calves
    Day 3 - Side & Rear Delts/Biceps/Triceps
    Day 4 - Hams/Calves
    Day 5 - Back/Traps
    Day 6 - OFF

    Repeat

    The first thing that sticks out to me is front delt are already hit pretty well during chest day.

    thats why i put it with chest so its hit only once a week

    For your side/rear delt day what shoulder exercises do you do if your not hitting the front head?

    ill be doing some standing side and bent-over laterals. I know the front delts will be getting hit a little bit but not as hard as chest day

    You need more rest days. Splitting up hams and quads takes up a day that could be a rest day. I also don't like the layout. Why not do this:

    Day 1: Back/Bis
    Day 2: Shoulders/Traps
    Day 3: Off
    Day 4: Legs
    Day 5: Chest/Tris
    Day 6: Off
    Day 7: Off

    im planning on doing that routine for my upcoming bulking cycle.

    this is my current routine:

    monday - chest/biceps
    tuesday - off
    wednesday - front & side delts/triceps
    thursday - quads/calves
    friday - off
    saturday - back/rear delts
    sunday - hams/calves/abs

    i do a similiar routine and i just gained 20lbs with barely any bf. you may not like this routine but i dont really like yours either, lol. its all about the person, everyone reacts differently.

    Just not popular practice to do opposing muscle groups like that...ie, doing bis and chest together. Hitting triceps after only 2 days rest from hitting them on chest day. Plus, Wednesday is too much work IMO. And again, I don't like the splitting up of hams and quads. Where is your trap work? Then.....2 days after you do back you hit bis again.
    I would at least move biceps to back day and hit your legs with just 1 day so you can get an extra day of rest.
