    anyone else experience this?

    I can do chest, legs, and triceps and get sore almost everytime. But I never feel anything the next day after back and biceps, been training for 3 years and its always been this way. I am not getting into my workout or anything like that I was just curious if anyone else has body parts that seem to react like this.

    do you shake the back routine up often or keep it pretty much the same? mostly compound?

    im the same my chest always burns like a biatch, but its as if my chest contracts when i squat ffs lol

    back quite often i get soreness in, almost after every workout!

    but the same as you, biceps i rarely get soreness in, i couldnt tell you the last time they felt sore.

    I have tried switching it up and everything, but they do grow a little slower than other body parts, oh well.
