What do you guys think about this workout
I dont like doin a bodypart once a week so i wanted to change it up and go for an upper/lower body split
Day1/Day4
Barbell Bench Press
Dumbell Incline
Dumbell Shoulder Press
Dumbell Shrug
Bent Over Rows
Pull Ups
Standing Barbell Curls
Skull Crushers
Day3-Off
Day2/Day5
Squat
Deadlift
Power Clean
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Lunges
