I Dont know if this is the right forum but i want to cutt up (NOT RIPPED JUST LEAN) and i just wanted to know how much cardio i should do a week without losing muscle. i knoe Dieting is the Key and i got that in check but i dont know how much Cardio to do a week. So if anyone can help me id appreciate it
