seated shrugs and deadlift your ass off
People always said deadlift and i never really took them seriously..because they said biceps will grow with back etc and they havent whatsoever. However..my traps have REALLY exploded this bulking run from deadlifts. I really havent done much exclusive trap work at all.

Cleans! Nothing like doing hang cleans then hitting barbell shrugs right after. I guess it works for me because traps are my best part.
