    A.M.-P.M. workouts

I am going to be starting a cycle of test enth during my upcoming winter break from school. I have an idea of training around 8 a.m. and then again at 8-9 p.m. I am 227 lbs, 6'1 feet tall.

I have made up an idea for the training cycle, let me know your thoughts on it, thanks.

3 Days Off/1 rest Day and then restart:

    Day 1: Chest a.m. Legs p.m.

    Day 2: Bis a.m. Shoulders p.m.

    Day 3: Tris a.m. Back p.m.

    Day 4: Rest

Day 5: Back to Day 1

it's just an idea, any comments ragging it or any ideas that could change it would be a great help.

he has an off day. which last time i looked you didn't!
It looks ok apart from chest and shoulders being too close together, your chest workout will use some delts and they will not be recovered in time

you need more time off, at least 3 days competely off in my opinion with that workout, 3on3off. Time resting is equally as important and time hitting the weights
