mixing up cardio: OK?
ok i have just started cardio as i am cutting. i hate cardio with a passion, and get bored so easily. now, i am intending on doing 45 minutes, at 65-70% of my Maximum Heart Rate 3 times a week to start with, even better on an empty stomach first thing, schedule permitting.
is there any disadvantages of making that 45 minutes up with 3 different exercises at 15 minutes each? such as cycling, followed by treadmill, and finishing off with the rowing machine. no break inbetween, except the time it takes me to walk from one machine to the next.
or would it be better do slog it out for a mindnumbing 45 minutes none-stop on one chosen activity?
this may seem a remedial question, as im sure mixing the exercises would be just as beneficial, just checking

shouldnt make any difference as long as you go to the next excercise straight away and make sure your HR is where it should be for each.
