My arms are killing me......
So for the last week no matter what muscles I'm working out my arms right around my tricep area starts to burn and hurt. The pain is so bad that I have to stop working out. My muscles then start to get really weak and shaky and I have to wait an hour or two for the pain to go away. It almost feels like muscles are eating itself. I think my body is lacking something important here. Could anyone point me in the right direction to find what it is that I'm missing?
