does a.m. cardio help while shed off unecessary fat while your trying to bulk. I just recently started to bulk again, and iam can tell iam begining to lose some defintion but iam gaining size and strength. I play tennis six days a week competitively and with that i already perform some cardio. It is more of quck start and stop running then long distance. Should i incorporate the a.m. cardio or leave it out.
