    back/biceps advice

    Hey guys,

can you give me some advice on this bicep/back work out?

Start with and all are 10-8-8-6 (or as best as i can)

    wide grip incline row
    narrow grip incline row
    pull-ups
    narrow grip pull down

    seated curls
    straight bar curls
    machine curls
    concentration curls (to fatigue)

in the middle of test/eq (first cycle)
    28 5'8"172 here
    thanks

For back, try some bent over T-bars.

For bis, try some incline seated curls, and hammer curls.

Also you might try doing a couple of warm-up sets, then start with your max and pyramid down in weight and up in reps.

I do that every month or so to change things up

Forgot. Also for another change. Every once in a while, switch your workouts so that you do back by itself, chest by itself, and superset your bis and tris for an arm day

    Thank you for the advice.

I already do alternate the back and biceps together and apart.

I also use the incilne T-row(the gym just got one, and it is a great piece of equipment).

Can anyone comment on the bicep part of the workout. I have a small peak already (that is one bit og good genetics that I have).

Like most people, I want huge arms.
