I always do cardio. Unless you are nuts and really really like cutting, I would do Cardio.

I don't do cardio when I'm bulking, but I usually pay for it when I have to cut. Extra work later.

Yeah, thats tough for me to tell too. If youre taking an anti-E like arimidex and still getting bloated looking, then it is more likely fat. Hard for me to tell though.

i have some water pills (they are prescription and work well) but i was thinking wouldnt it be better to have the bloating for more strength when lifting?

or do i take it... get rid of the bloat and look great now

    what a dilema

Yeah, I do it. Just not like you would do it for cutting. Maybe 3-4 days a week. 30-45 min.

    BINGO!

Additionally, it's been noted that aas places a mild strain on the heart which is negated by cardio to assist in functioning. Don't ask for citation, because I don't have it, but this was cited in a couple of studies and brought to light by Ejuicer...so PM him for more info.

what i dont understand is that people say its very difficult to lose fat while bulking to gain lbm

if I do 45 mins of cardio most nights of the week in a fat burning zone on a cross trainer. Will i be able to lose fat while still bulking?

or will I burn up the extra calories I am taking in for my bulking cycle

    help plz!

yea do cardio. bulking should always be - well aim to be at least - a clean bulk. so cardio on your days off from the gym should be suffice from keeping the fat off and more importantly help with recovery. 30mins should be fine.

The better the vascular system runs the better everything else runs . The more you can tax and overload your system and push beyond the better .
Cardio is VERY important to total body health and function . I do cardio bulking or cutting and would never take it out of the loop .
Just my opinion from experience .
