How long is the longest break that you have taken from lifting weights since you started? I think I have taken a month off sometime from working out.
I have thought of takeing 6 months off from lifting weights because I´m a little tired of lifting weights and somtimes I think that it´s boring. It was fun the first couple of years but now I don´t think it´s that fun to lift weights.
If I take 6 months off from lifting weights I´m going to focus on losing fat. Eating healthy and doing cardio 4 - 6 times a week.

I took 2 months off and lost 20lbs... im a natural ectomorph so never going to do that again.. took 4 months to put it back on.

I never feel the need to take time off and haven't for a long time. I always feel refreshed and ready to hit the weights.
