    How do you determine your "Intensity" when lifting ?

    The amount of....

    Your rest periods between sets/exercises?

    The weight you are lifting?

    The mental effort you put into completing each rep?

    Combination?

    Just wonderin.

    Intensity = weight moved/ time

    You can adjust either the weight or the interval to increase intensity.
