It`s all about getting a lower BF% with a hybrid of work outs.I wont go into detail what you should do.The key element in ab training is not how many reps and sets you do, but how hard you contract your abs on each rep. Make sure your focus is on pushing your lower abs into your upper abs and vice-versa.

    Its all about diet.

I susually workout abs 2-3 times a week.

About 4 total sets...with weighted decline situps, leg levers, left and right crunchs...

I never do situps or direct a**ominal workouts. As long as I stay at or below 10% body fat, then I can clearly see my abs.

If your gonna do 100 or whatever reps, then try to do them all at once, or in at least sets as possible. It will cause the muscle to go into failure which will produce way better results than just doing 4 sets of 25 for example.

I dont keep count much on reps with abs. and sometimes Ill superset some stuff.

For example, 1 day might include decline weighted situps till failure. Then rest a couple minutes. Then superset 100 leg levers and 4 way cruches(regular, reverse, left, and right).....I usually do these 6 exercieses 2-3 times for 1 workout. Andi workout my abs 2-3times a week, depending on how I feel.

I only train mine when I start to cut cals and diet. Squats and Deads have worked well for keeping them up to par. I dont know about doing 100 reps. Try to slow your pace down, alot. Keep a 2 or 3 sec. contraction at the top, slow motion down and hold for 2 sec. at the bottom. I've always seen better results when focusing on the motion rather than quick fast reps.
