It was to get big.I get to a good size then I'll be ill and ill lose weight.suffer with irratable bowl so could lose quite abit of weight when bad.so decided to just go for the ripped Van Damme sort of look.I mean how do u reckon should set it out like chest and tri and so on? thanks
