Morning workout better higher test levels?

I know testosterone is at higher levels in the morning. So
My question is: Is working out during the morning because of the higher levels of testosterone better then working out at night? Thanks

I need at least 2 meals in me before I hit the gym. I usually go after classes at 2:00pm

I train in the a.m. on an empty stomach.

I don't think testosterone level fluctuations tru the day are consequential.

But i do think energy levels are.

When i train in the a.m. i feel more energised... even though i have to literally drag my ass out of bed to get there

^^ i think that's mental.. combined with low BG.

Try consuming a fast digesting (liquid) meal 30 minutes before training in the a.m.

    Thats a good possibility.
I have trained on 1 meal and don't seem to hit the weights as hard as i do with 2-3 pro/carb meals.

I've always heard that training in the morning is the best time to do it

However... I think its a lot more how you train rather then when you train, plus, I have to be at work too early to hit the gym before I go in
