deads, BB rows, Heavy shruggs, all without straps and hammer curls
you can work the flexors and extensiors of the forearms by pronating or supinating the wrist will doing arm curls.
Heavy flat barbell curls.
Heavy deads with a pronated grip. No straps.
throw away ur straps and ull have forearms
