I started working out about a year ago. I weighed 160lbs. 6'0" tall. Now I weigh 205lbs. I still want to gain alot more mass. Can anyone suggest a good mass building workout for someone at my stage of the game.

do a search for big kev's workout
alot of people use his and that guy knows how to pack on mass hehe
i agree with budda a lot of people use his and they like results
i do a 3 day per week power and size training routine-check out my post to see called shocking development--its worked for me
