First off...I want to stay as far away from overtraining the CNS as possible....I need to train 4 days on, with work, then an off day, then on then 1-2 off.....here's my plan with a focus on my two week points, chest/back twice....

SUN - LEGS
MOND - CHEST/DELTS
TUESDAY - ARMS (HIGH VOLUME - TO SEPERATE INTENSE CHEST AND INTENSE BACK DAYS)
WED - BACK/TRPS
THURSDAY - OFF!
FRIDAY - DELTS/CHEST OR OFF
SAT - BACK (HAVY ROWS INSTEAD OF HEAVY DEADS)
SUN - LEGS
