cardio
is it better to do cardio before or after lifting? my goal is to burn fat and gain lean muscle, not bulk up.

dont search or anything
in the morning on an empty stomach is optimal for fat loss. PWO if you miss your morning session.

When i do cardio PWO t is the most intense heart pounding experience. It replicas the third round in the ring. I do it often ........but man it takes it out of you.
