    Rep Range For Mass

    What are the ideal rep ranges for adding musscle mass and size??

    These are the rep ranges im doing for key compound exercises, strength is coming but size is not,,WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

    Incline Bench 10,8,6
    Military Press 10,8,6
    Deadlift 8,6,4
    Barbell Curls 10,8,6
    Dip 10,8,6

    for me i try and get it between the 6-8 rep range...first set usually consists of 8 then 6,6

    i only use the first two sets as a warm up and then third set is all out failure!!

    I use this for my basic set scheme:

    4-5 sets:
    1-2 warmup
    2 working but not to failure
    1 to failure.
