What are the ideal rep ranges for adding musscle mass and size??
These are the rep ranges im doing for key compound exercises, strength is coming but size is not,,WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
Incline Bench 10,8,6
Military Press 10,8,6
Deadlift 8,6,4
Barbell Curls 10,8,6
Dip 10,8,6
