    Low Endurance on Chest

Does anyone know how to work on their endurance when it comes to chest? I'm pretty strong on the first 2 exercise, but then I can barely Flat bench 135 lbs by my 3rd exercise.

try a high rep workout. (15-20) Then on every last set of each exercise, do a burnout set.(where you go to failure).

Also, look into doing pushups, alot of them. I just recently got done with a Navy SEAL workout. And I noticed that my endurance on everything went up greatly.

Weight-training isn't supposed to be a test of endurance.

If you're strength falters significantly on the 3rd exercise.. drop the third exercise.

    You're obviously doing too much.

It depends really. How much and what are you doing for your first two exercises? if you're doing incline at 125, that's not so unusual. if you're doing incline at 165 then down to flat bench 135 something's wrong. Let us know a little more info.
