    poundcakes cutting log

    hey guys im one week into my cutting journey and i thought i would post my progress so here are some stats

    age: 25
    weight: 205
    bf: uh fat, but i suppose 16% or so

    ill be doing cardio 7 days a week 45 mins a day on an empty stomach and i just as well post last weeks work outs
