Proper Deadlift Form
I been looking for a video showing proper deadlift form. I viewed the lifts shown on sites like abcbodybuilding but they only show the start and finish of each lift. So I ask you if lift shown at 1:50 on this video is proper form for a deadlift.

its a lot of weight, i cant lift that much, but the guy in that video curls his back up.
here is a perfect lift..this website is pretty good it shows most exercises if you look , and its streaming video, not start/finish
