How often do yall change your routine.
Typically, I change it completely every 2-3 months. I sometimes make daily changes like exchange an exercise on how I feel that day.
I alternate between heavy and light days, and generally change up exercises every other week, while still working the same group. figure every 10 weeks need to switch it around.
If I find myself in a little rut at like 6-7 weeks, Ill change then. If Im in like week 12 and Im feeling good about my workouts, Ill hold off on changing. Listen to your body. Dont just change your workout every so many weeks because you think thats how it's done, because if it ain't broke, dont fix it.
I agree. I can feel when I am not making any more gains, thats when I mix it up.
Never, I always keep the same exercises. I'll just change the rep/set scheme. Been doing this for years and it works for me.
